Congratulations to Dr. Aron Broom, Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Chemistry and Biomolecular Sciences at the University of Ottawa who today was awarded the 2018 Polanyi Prize in Chemistry.
Dr. Broom鈥檚 project aims to push the boundaries in designing completely new synthetic enzymes that could lead to more productive and sustainable industry 鈥 for example, in the production of chemicals and new biomaterials.
