The Universit茅 de Lyon and France鈥檚 national centre for scientific research (the Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS)) have established a joint satellite office at the University of Ottawa. This initiative, which is the only one of its kind in Canada, stems from an effort to internationalize research between the two countries and aims to reinforce existing cooperation and initiate new joint projects at the national level.
