Awarded annually to an international student who has written an outstanding thesis in French, this prestigious prize recognizes Anastasia’s exceptional contribution to understanding the contemporary dynamics of war and state formation. Her thesis, titled “Waging War, Shaping the State: Non-State Actors in the Organization of Ukraine’s Defense (2014–2022)”, stands out for its analytical depth, rigorous fieldwork, and sharp relevance to current geopolitical challenges.
