We鈥檒l learn more about the author鈥檚 reasons for writing the book and explore its 5-step approach to improving classroom management. Each step highlights an important area that teachers should focus on and continue to develop. This event is a great opportunity to gain practical tips and insights for creating better learning environments.

Ramez Takawy was a high school teacher for over a decade. His passion for the classroom and for improving teacher performance led him to also become an instructional coach for several years, before he stepped out of the classroom during the Covid pandemic and joined his family鈥檚 business.
Because of his passion for education, and although he has never returned to the classroom, today he hosts the 鈥淟egendary Educator,鈥 a podcast that is meant to improve teachers鈥 performance in the classroom, talking to experienced teachers about their best practices and challenges. He is also the author of the best-selling book 鈥淭he Classroom Formula鈥 which takes a page from his podcast and is meant to support new and struggling teachers with their Classroom Management.
