- Conference Format: The conference will be held exclusively in person. There will be no virtual option for this event.
- Financial Support: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide financial support for participants.
- Accommodation and Transportation: Useful links for organizing your accommodation and travel to Ottawa can be found below.
- Visa Applications: If you need a visa to attend the conference, the application must be submitted by you personally. We are unable to assist with this process, which falls under the Canadian government鈥檚 jurisdiction.
- Conference Publications: We plan to publish special journal issues and collective volumes based on the conference contributions. These publications will be reserved for those who present at the event. Submitted articles, revised and expanded versions of your presentations, will undergo a peer review process.
