Your uoAccess ID is the short name before your @91��Ʒ���ϳԹ�.ca email address (e.g.: jsmit000). It excludes any aliases or full name email addresses linked to an account.

For example, for the email account [email protected], the following are not valid uoAccess IDs:

• John.Smith: even if the full name email address “[email protected]” has been created for the account [email protected]
• JohnS: even if an alias “JohnS@91��Ʒ���ϳԹ�” has been linked to the account [email protected]

Your uoAccess password

• Employees: your uoAccess password is the same one used for systems such as Outlook/Exchange, VirtuO, and UNIWeb.
• Students: your uoAccess password is the same one used for systems such as Google, uoZone, and Library applications.
