The Coaching Support Program consists of three separate online sessions, each lasting 60 minutes. It is designed to support early and mid-career professors by offering personalized guidance in both English and French. Led by an experienced senior coach and supported by bilingual professors from diverse faculties, the program creates an inclusive space for professional growth. Participants will engage in both strategic and practical discussions tailored to their needs. This includes balancing teaching, research, and service responsibilities, preparing for tenure and promotion applications, and receiving feedback on application materials.
