From June 6 to June 10, 9,635 students will gather with their loved ones, professors, thesis supervisors and mentors to celebrate their graduation with 1,170 joining online from around the world. The Convocation ceremonies will take place at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa.
The University will award honorary doctorates to nine recipients for their substantial contributions to their profession, to science and/or to society at large:

- Edith Cloutier
- The Honourable Mich猫le Audette
- Jerome Bickenbach
- The Honourable A. Anne McLellan
- Molly Shoichet
- Mamokgethi Phakeng
- Julia Elvidge
- Paul C. Genest
The University will also award posthumous degrees to the families of Alma Oladi, who perished aboard Ukraine International Airlines Flight PS752, and student-athlete (football) Francis Perron, who died unexpectedly in September.
Masks will be mandatory at Convocation ceremonies.
