Use the login portal found at the top right corner of the website to access your account. Use your Log-in ID and Account PIN to access your account. If you have not logged in before or have forgotten your log-in information, use the “forgot password” option. 

Ensure all your personal information is correct and update any missing information.

When registration begins you will have the option to create a new team on your account page. Create a team by choosing a name and adding the information of all the players on your team (specifically their 91��Ʒ���ϳԹ� emails and desired shirt sizes). 

Please do not include any special characters (e.g., !, @, #, $, %, ^, :, ’, etc.) in your team name and do not use a team from a previous term. Doing either of these actions may create a glitch to your team that prevents any roster modifications from being made.

After you created your team, select "register team." You will be redirected to a page of all our intramural leagues (also found under the “activities” tab) Search for the league for which you wish to register. If you are unable to register for any of the leagues, double-check that you are on your team account (i.e., select register team) and not on your personal account. 

Once you have found the league for which you wish to register, select “add.” The league will be added to your cart. A pop-up will appear, and you must select “go to checkout” to verify and complete your transaction.  

The purchase window will appear with all information related to your transaction. Please enter your method of payment and agree to the waiver (you are only able to use a credit card to pay online). Once you have filled out all necessary information select “complete transaction” to finalize your purchase.  

You can make roster modifications on the website until the end of registration. Ensure you have selected the team you wish to make modifications to and add or remove players as needed. You can make modifications online until the end of the registration period. 

When should I be creating my team roster? 
Rosters should be created prior to the registration date and may only be created by the Team Captain. Please note that a created roster does not guarantee registration. 

When is the last day for my roster modifications? 
Team roster modifications are the action of adding, removing, or switching players on a roster. Online modifications can only be made by the team captain during the registration period. Rosters will be locked on the last day of registration. After this time, rosters cannot be modified online until Captains' Day, where you can make as many changes as you need for a fee of $20. During the season, roster modifications may ONLY be completed at the intramural office during office hours, or by appointment. A $20 fee will be applied for each roster change (e.g., adding three players will cost $60). For all roster modifications, captain consent is required, as is a signed roster modification form. Please be aware each intramural participant must participate in two regular season games to be eligible for playoffs. 

Number of Players 
The minimum number of players for indoor sports is 8 while the maximum is 14 for registered team leagues and 12 for individual leagues. The minimum number for a field sport is 8 while the maximum number is 14. The minimum number of players for arena sports (hockey) is 10, while the maximum number of players is 16 (goaltender included). Only those on the roster may participate in intramural contests. 

Can I have spares on my team?  
No, all players must appear on your roster (either at the start of the season or via a roster modification). They will not be allowed to play otherwise.  

How do I know if I am eligible to play intramurals?  
Students who pay ancillary fees and full-time employees are automatically eligible to play intramurals. Students who do not pay ancillary fees (e.g., co-op students), external community members, and part-time employees must purchase a basic membership for the duration of the league to be eligible. If you are unsure if you are eligible, check your statement of account on uOZone. If you see that you were charged a sports fee, you are eligible to partake in intramural sports. 

What are the gender ratios for mixed leagues?
Two self-identifying females are required to be on the playing area at all times. Please note that although a team may be created with the minimum number of females required, it is highly recommended to have more on the roster. 

Are there any restrictions on naming my team? 
Team names must not contain special characters (commas, apostrophes, colons, and hyphens). Doing so may result in a glitch in your team page, and we may not be able to accommodate roster modification requests for your team. Team names must be appropriate (intramurals reserves the right to change any inappropriate team name). Our staff will use their discretion and evaluate all team names on a case-by-case basis.  

How do I know which skill level (competitive vs recreational) is more appropriate for my team?

• Competitive leagues feature players with lots of experience playing a particular sport (e.g., high school, club leagues). Players are often extremely knowledgeable about the sport, and the pace is much faster and more competitive.
• Recreational leagues feature players with limited experience playing a particular sport. They are usually beginners and are still trying to master the fundamentals of the game. The pace is much slower, making it more fun for our novice players. 

Can I switch leagues if I accidentally register for the wrong one?
If you accidentally registered for the wrong league, the intramurals administrative team can switch you into a different league if there is still room available. To request a change, please send us an email at [email protected]. 

How many non-students (external/community members) can I have per team?
Intramural teams should primarily be composed of students. We are happy to welcome non-students (community members/externals) back into our programs, however, the limit is two members per team for on gym/field leagues and three per team for hockey leagues. Please note co-op students who purchase memberships are considered part of the student population.

As 91��Ʒ���ϳԹ� students or members of Sports Services, use your existing Gee-Gee Reg account. If this is the first time logging into Gee-Gee Reg, please click on "Forgot My Password" and enter your 91��Ʒ���ϳԹ� e-mail address or e-mail address provided to client services at the time of membership purchase to obtain your login information. If you do not use the account already created for you and create a new account instead, you will not be eligible for participation.

Can I play intramurals if I don't have a team?   
Yes! We offer many individual leagues for this exact case. You sign up as an individual, and we create teams of individuals that compete against each other.

Do individuals have to show up to captains’ meeting day? 
Individuals do not have to show up to captains’ meeting day. Our staff will provide you with shirts/jerseys on site before your first game. 

How are teams created? 
Once the registration period closes, we will create teams, taking the registration prompts into consideration. Although there are no guarantees, we will do our best to accommodate all teammate requests. When we make individual teams, we do our best to make the most balanced teams taking into account: teammate requests, gender, skill level, and position (if applicable).

Team captains will be notified of their position as soon as the teams are complete. We reserve the right to rebalance any teams to maintain parity throughout the season. 

Can I request to play with friends in an individual league?   
Yes! We allow all participants in individual leagues to make requests to play with specific participants. You will be prompted to enter any teammate requests while you register. The requests must be reciprocal. Please note that the more teammates you request to play with, the less likely we can accommodate your request. 

How many teammates can I request?
Each player can make up to three teammate requests per league.

How are team names determined? 
We will assign names to each team. Team names are generally based on a theme. 

What should I expect prior to the start of the league? 
Once teams have been created, each team will be individually contacted and appointed a captain. A link to the schedule will also be included in the email.
