Our new JEM-1400Flash TEM (120 kv) features high resolution/high contrast imaging, electron tomography (+/- 70^o tilt) and montaging. It is also “Cryo-ready” for future investments. This particular microscope is equipped with a top-of-the-line 16MP digital camera (GATAN One View). Brightness is ensured by a LaB6 filament as emission source.
