What is the Writing Circle?

The Writing Circle is a welcoming initiative led by the Academic Writing Help Centre and the Library. The circle offers students a collaborative space to work on writing projects, overcome common challenges like procrastination and isolation, and build positive writing habits.

Whether you鈥檙e starting a major paper, editing a thesis chapter or simply looking for structured time to write, the Writing Circle is designed to help you stay focused and inspired.

Why attend?

  • Combat procrastination: Regularly scheduled sessions help you build momentum and hold yourself accountable.
  • Overcome isolation: Connect with other students who understand the challenges of academic writing.

Who can attend?

The Writing Circle is open to all 91精品黑料吃瓜 students who are working on writing projects of any kind 鈥 whether academic, professional or personal.
Students in undergraduate, graduate and professional programs at all faculties are welcome.

There are no registration fees. Just bring your writing project, your laptop or notebook and a commitment to progress.
