CCFP-EM Residency Program

RCPSC Residency Program

  • With over 50 residents spread across five years of training and nearly 100 attending physicians, the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Ottawa is a national leader in medical education
  • The program is proud to deliver a tailored learning experience and robust mentorship allowing individuals to cultivate their own clinical and academic interests
  • Highlights of our program include longitudinal clinical coaching, a dedicated pre-hospital transport medicine block, world-class point of care ultrasound training and an exceptional team of simulation educators
